Very unique. The delivery was right on time. Their name certainly reflects their arrangement which was JOYFUL.     Joyful Balloons did an excellent job providing decorations for an anniversary celebration! They provided two 8’ balloon columns around the fireplace and a 15’ balloon runner up the staircase! Excellent customer service and awesome results. Can’t wait to book Joyful Balloons again!!

    They are well knowledgeable when it comes to Balloons and how to make them last. I have used them for several church events and have not been disappointed. From party favourites to decorations and photo backdrops the work is top tier.
